How do you stop burglars, rioters and looters in their tracks and get them to leave without the use of force, keeping damage to stock and property to a minimum?
By deafening and blinding them of course! If they are so disorientated by a nauseating sound barrier and dense fog, they cannot steal or damage and leave immediately.
